We accept the following methods of payment:

Payment Conditions

For your security, the billing name and address must match the credit card or other method used for payment. Any Credit Card & Paypal account used must be in the name shown on your Government issued identification document. NOEVERY reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this or with our other security criteria.

Your card or other method of payment will not be charged until your order is properly placed. Items are charged at the time you submit your order.

Please note: All orders are placed with NOEVERY, which is a French entity, therefore your card issuer or payment method provider may apply other international bank charges. In addition, if your credit/debit card or other method of payment is not denominated in the currency of your purchase, the final price will be charged in the currency of your card. This will be calculated and charged by your card issuer. NOEVERY has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Please contact your issuing bank for further information before placing your order.



Track My Order

- On shipping your order we will send a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been accepted.

- If you have a registered account with NOEVERY, you may check the status of your order online. Visit My Account, sign in to your account and click the 'Order' tab.

- Your order status may take up to one day to update after your order has been placed.

Shipping Destination, Costs and Delivery Time

All orders are shipped priority.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. 

Delivery Times will generally take approximately 8-10 days once the order is shipped.

Please note that:

- All delivery times stated are working days

- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within France and your chosen shipping destination

- Orders are shipped from France

- Order are usually dispatched within 10 workings days on average.

- Customers are responsible for import taxes and duties

Please note: We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.



Returning your Purchase

Returns are available worldwide for all full price items within 30 days of shipping and all sale items within 14 days of receipt, provided the return conditions specified below are met.

Instructions are provided below.

How to return you purchase:

1. Please Contact Us.

2. Our Customer Service Team will email you the shipping details to return your order and the shipping Return Form to be printed. 

3. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.

4. Complete the Returns Form and place it in the box.

5. Remove all other labels from the outside of the box.

6. Seal the parcel securely.

7. Ship the box by selecting a shipping method with tracking number to properly track your return.


We do not accept liability for goods returned using any shipping method without tracking number

Shipping costs to return the goods will be at client charge, and will only be refunded in case of product default after verification of the Customer Service.

Return conditions

- Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original Returns Form.

- Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

- Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything NOEVERY reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

Receiving a Refund

- Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

- On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 10-15 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding France public holidays.

- Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.

- If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.


Currently orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the shipping date for all full price items and within 14 days for all sale items for a refund using the free return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through this online shop at any time.

Cancelling your order

In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. Please Contact Us by email as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available. 

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Your order will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping. Once the order is delivered, any items that meet the return conditions can be cancelled by following the instructions for Returning Your Purchase above.
